We are closing in on our October opening and we could not be more excited about this room. FireBrand Media Studios is a working production studio in Farmers Branch, built by a crew that shoots for a living and rented by the hour to photographers, videographers, and production teams who need real space. The grid will be powered, the corner cyc painted, and the lights already hung. Ground level dock door, free parking front and back, and a client lobby people will actually sit in.
No gear add-ons and no surprise line items. Every item below is included in the hourly rate, already rigged and ready when you walk in. Most studios in this market rent you a bare box and bill the lighting separately.
We share walls with a dance studio and a church, both of which are active on weekends. The room is quiet enough for photography but not for clean audio, so video and podcast bookings run Monday through Friday. If you need a controlled sound environment, book a weekday.

We run a production company out of this building. The studio was built to the standard we wanted for our own shoots, which means the things that usually waste half your day have already been solved.
A true coved corner is significantly harder to build than a flat wall, and most rooms in this price range do not have one. It gives you a seamless background in two directions, so you can shoot wide, reset your angle, and never catch a hard line or a paper seam.
Aperture 600s, 300s, and five Nova P300c panels on the grid are all in the hourly rate. Comparable Dallas studios charge a similar hourly price for a bare room and bill lighting on top. Control the ceiling array from an iPad without touching a stand.
The dock door sits at ground height and opens straight onto the studio floor. No loading ramp, no freight elevator, no hauling cases down a hallway. Park behind the building and roll your carts in.
A lobby with real seating, a full kitchen with a refrigerator for craft, a changing room and two restrooms. On full day bookings the conference room is yours for client review, card offloads, or somewhere to sit that is not the floor.
FireBrand Media Studios rents at $95 per hour with a two hour minimum, and the lighting and grip package is included in that rate. Independent studios across Dallas typically run $60 to $130 per hour, and most bill lighting separately on top of the room. Ask what a studio includes before comparing hourly numbers.
